BIRTHDAY WISHES

Morning All

I'm gonna have a crafting day today .... yippee!!!!!

I've decided to get as many Christmas Cards done as I can .... I've already coloured a lot of the images in - just a case of making the cards now lol!! So I may be back later showing you what I've done :)

Anyway ... thought I'd show you a card I made for hubby to give one of his girls at work for her birthday ...

I love these SUGAR NELLIE DIGIS ... so beautiful!!! I've coloured her with Copics and mounted her on my new Sizzix set of nesting shapes ... (I bought them in September and have only just used them - shame on me lol!!!!), the DP is from a My Minds Eye paper stack and I punched the flowers from the same, the sentiment is one of mine and I've finished off with pearls and card candy

MIDWAY MASKING REMINDER

Good Morning All

Hope you are having a good weekend ... I popped out to a local craft shop yesterday who had their members day on where you get 30% off!!! Yay!!! Met up with Wendy Woo and had a cuppa too ... Fab :)

Oh .. and you might have noticed my new blog background .... was gonna wait until 1st December to put it on but really couldn't wait ... I'm in the Christmas spirit already lol ... decorations go up next week and I'm nearly finished Christmas shopping .. how great is that!!!

Anyway .... just thought I'd pop by and remind you that you still have a week to enter the challenge over at TOTALLY TILDA where the theme this time is:

MASKING

Here's another card to show you ... plenty more to be seen so pop on over and check out my teamies for their fab creations :)

Thought I'd keep the card nice and clean and simple so I could highlight the masking.  I've masked together two Tildas and a Magnolia presents stamp and coloured with Copics, keeping the colours to just reds/greys (apart from flesh/hair) and mounted up on red card.  The sentiment is from a Christmas stamp set I've had for years and I punched it out with the Stampin Up Decorative Label punch and then finished off with Bakers Twine and Gems.

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY

Hope you all had a good day ... I've had my nails done and bought my sweets for Christmas .. now will they last until Christmas ... ooooh such temptation LOL!!!

Anyway .. thought I'd show you a card I made for a really good friend of mine Wendy Woo .. I missed her birthday :( but saw her last Saturday so she got a belated one ... better late then never eh??

This little cutie is from Hanglar Stanglar and I've coloured her with Copics.  The DP is from a My Minds Eyes paper stack that was free with a magazine and I used my new Stampin Up pendant punch to punch out of it too ... sentiment is from Stampin Up as well

TILDA ON HER CANDY CANE

Morning All

First of all ... I'm so sorry I didn't post this card yesterday ... I went out at 8:00am and didn't get home until after 10:00pm .. I was at the Christmas Show at the Ideal Home Exhibition, Earls Court ... and silly me forgot to do a schedule post ...Ooops!!!

Anyway better late than never lol ..

Here's mine ...

I've used another one of my new Christmas Tildas and I've sat her on a Candy Cane and then coloured with Copics.  I decided to do a bit of distressing for a change and distressed all my papers.  I used a Kraft card blank for a change too :) and finished off with some PEARLS, LACE and a MISTLETOE DIE from Marianne :)

I have a really good excuse tho ... I was Christmas Shopping all day ... and I'm nearly finished!!! and then hubby came home and took me out to dinner .... fab day!!!!

Anyway ... here's the other card ....

Love this little guy ... it's part of the STAN COLLECTION over at DIGI STAMP BOUTIQUE and I've coloured him with Copics, DP is Fancy Pants and the sentiment is computer generated

MR FIX IT!!

Afternoon All

Been a busy bee today ... I've cleared out my understairs cupboard ... I've never seen so much rubbish and how many coats can one family own!!!! LOL ... but it's looking lovely now :)

Then I made two cards for my brother's birthday this weekend .. one from Mike & Me and the other from the kids - here is the first one ... I'll be back with the other one tomorrow :)

As soon as I saw this Mo Manning image MR FIX IT .. I knew it was perfect for my brother's birthday as he loves a bit of DIY.. I've coloured him with Copics.  The DP is Fancy Pants and I thought the stripey bit looked a bit like wallpaper LOL, the sentiment is one of mine and was a freebie a while back at SENTIMENTS 4 YOU and the "drill" charm is from my friend Sharon's shop EWE 2 CAN CRAFT

TILDA IN PURPLES

Hope you are all having a good weeknd :)

Just thought I'd pop by and let you know that you still have a week to enter the challenge over at TOTALLY TILDA where the theme this time is ....

CHRISTMAS ... BUT NO REDS, NO BLUES & NO GREENS

My first DT card for this challenge was in pink ... but this time around I decided to go with an all purple theme ... it's a colour I don't use that much but looks great for Christmas cards ...

Another one of my new Christmas Tildas and she does look so cute in purple don't you think?? I coloured here with Copics and used an old corner punch I haven't use for ages to mount her up.  The DP is from a older Cosmo Cricket paper pad Mitten Weather and I've finished off with pearls, a sparkly snowflake and my new favourite stamps from Whimsy ... mini postage stamps ... I now have the whole range ... Ooops!!!!

Morning All

Bah ... it's a really miserable morning here in Essex :( and we had a power cut this morning which lasted for over 2 hours!!! No electric, no heating and worse of all NO LAPTOP!!!!

Anyway it's back on now thank goodness ... makes you wonder what we all did before electricity LOL

Just thought I'd stop by and show you a card I've made for my brother and sister-in-law for their Anniversary next week ....

I love this Mo Manning image TOM & TILLY .. I knew as soon as I saw it, it was perfect for this card :) I've coloured with Copics.  The "corner" is made using a Martha Stewart corner punch and the sentiment is one of mine and is part of a set of 6 LINE SENTIMENTS - EVERYDAY

CHRISTMAS TILDA .... BUT NO REDS, NO GREENS & NO BLUES

Morning All

First of all I'm so sorry I haven't been around for the past week or so ... life hasn't been that good ... been to the Doctors three times and am trying to get all my medication sorted out and it has left me completely drained .. I haven't even looked at my craft desk!!  But hopefully medication is sorted and I can get back to some sort of normality now :)

So .... we are back at TOTALLY TILDA again with a new challenge .... this time we want to see ....

CHRISTMAS

This was the perfect opportunity for me to use pink LOL! and of course one of my new Sweet Christmas Tildas (I might just have bought quite a few so watch out for more he he he )

here it is .....

I cut her out with a nestie, then distressed the edge before I took her out giving me a white border and then coloured her with Copics, the DP is an old scrap I had in my stash from last Christmas, those gorgeous flowers are carnations from WILD ORCHID (all the colours might just have found their way in my basket lol), the branches are a Martha Stewart punch, the snowflake is from Cuttlebug
