Told you I'd be back today with Hubby's birthday card ... had a fab evening together last night ... we went to a footie match ... yes I know what you are all thinking but I love football and don't go nearly often enough :)

Will definitely have to make the effort to go more it was fab!!

Anyway ... here's my card ....

This great image is from PRAIRIE FAIRY and is perfect for hubby as he loves Formula One :),  I added the sentiment to the image before I printed it out and then coloured with Copics and cut out with a nestie, I finished off with punched out buttons, a charm and some "chequered flag" ribbon :)

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY TOBY

Well ... we had lots of white stuff arrive during the night and I woke up to a very pretty scene in my garden this morning ...

our little Westie - Skye - bless her she "disappeared" in the snow what with her being white and small :)

Anyway ... on to my card ... It's my Great Nephew's 1st Birthday today and we was supposed to be going over to see him later but that's had to be cancelled now due to the weather :( .. but here's the card I made for him ..

I love this Mo Manning image .. just so cute ... he's called TEX and I've coloured him with a combination of Copics / Promarkers, cut out some nestie stars and added a sentiment to the middle .. it's one of mine from a set of 6 digital downloads - SPLIT CIRCLES - I've added a chipboard "1" and inked the edge, and a "Sheriff Star" charm to finish

Apologies for being a bit late posting today ... the ironing was calling me and unfortunately I had to answer! But all done now so I can relax for the rest of the day :)

She is such a cutie don't ya think???? I coloured her with Copics and mounted her with nesties, the rosette is a Magnolia stamp too and I've added one of my sentiment stamps to the inside .... My stamps are reduced at the moment to  £3.99 - check them out HERE.  The butterflies are both Martha Stewart punches and the charm is from EWE 2 CAN CRAFT

MR FIX IT!!

Afternoon All

Been a busy bee today ... I've cleared out my understairs cupboard ... I've never seen so much rubbish and how many coats can one family own!!!! LOL ... but it's looking lovely now :)

Then I made two cards for my brother's birthday this weekend .. one from Mike & Me and the other from the kids - here is the first one ... I'll be back with the other one tomorrow :)

As soon as I saw this Mo Manning image MR FIX IT .. I knew it was perfect for my brother's birthday as he loves a bit of DIY.. I've coloured him with Copics.  The DP is Fancy Pants and I thought the stripey bit looked a bit like wallpaper LOL, the sentiment is one of mine and was a freebie a while back at SENTIMENTS 4 YOU and the "drill" charm is from my friend Sharon's shop EWE 2 CAN CRAFT

AUTUMN LEAVES

Good Morning All

Hope you are all well ... I'm very excited this morning for two reasons firstly ... my daughter comes home tonight from a two week holiday in Tunisia ... we are on the Gatwick run later lol ... can't wait to see her!! 

and secondly ... I'm back on the TOTALLY TILDA DT .... WOO HOO!!!!!

After Guest Designing last week when I sponsored the challenge I realised how much I had missed my Tildas and so .. to cut a long story short ... Susie and the girls have welcomed me back ... thank you so much ladies I  missed you all lots :)

MUSIC TO MY EARS

Another lovely day in Essex but a bit blustery ... still perfect weather for crafting (any weather is perfect for crafting LOL)

On Saturday we are going to our friend's son's 18th birthday party ... I can remember the day he was born LOL .... makes me feel very old ... so I thought I'd show you the card I've made for him

I've used a fab image from the digi downloads MIKEY COLLECTION at Charmed Cards and Crafts .. these images are so good for teenage boy cards ... and I've coloured him with copics / mounted him on nesties, the papers are from Nitwits ON A HIGH NOTE, the sentiment I've made to fit the occasion and die cut with nesties, and finished off with BAKERS TWINE, MUSICAL CHARM and CARD CANDY

TILDA AND EDWIN GET MARRIED

I'm busy decorating the hallway at the moment but just stopped for a breather ... so I thought I'd let you know that I'm sponsoring the TOTALLY TILDA CHALLENGE this time around from my shop CRAFTS 4 YOU

I made this card a while ago for one of my hubby's work colleagues who was getting married and it was meant to be my DT card for this challenge ... I know I'm not on the DT anymore but thought I'd post it anyway :) ... I miss you guys!!!!

I've coloured Tilda and Edwin with Aquamarkers and distressed all the edges, the script is a Magnolia stamp "Valentine Letter".  The sentiment is one of mine from a set of 6 digi downloads YOUR SPECIAL DAY which is available at my store.  I've embellished with pearls, lace and a heart charm

A PURRFECT BIRTHDAY

Afternoon Blogland

Just thought I'd stop by and show you a card I made for a class I taught last week "Furry Friends"

This pretty little cat was a stamp in a previous Do Crafts promotion - to be honest I forgot I'd bought it LOL but turned out to be perfect for the class

This is one of my sentiments which is part of a set that is coming soon ... so watch this space!!

I finished the card off with card candy and a gorgeous charm which "purrfectly" matches the stamp - I got it from my good friend Sharon's shop EWE 2 CAN CRAFT

TILDA HAS GONE RED/WHITE/BLUE

Morning All!!

Well it's Sunday .... and that means TWO things ..... another challenge begins today at TOTALLY TILDA  and I need to get my ironing done LOL!!!

As I've said before the sooner it's done ... the sooner I can play :)

This time around the theme is :

RED, WHITE and BLUE

you can obviously use flesh/hair colours but everything else has to be in those colours

The DT have come up with their usual array of fabulous inspiration so pop on over and check those out :)

I decided to use two of my "older" Tildas this time around ... and this theme screamed SEASIDE at me - the pier is a digi image from CC Designs and I then stamped, coloured (with promarkers) and cut out my Tildas to sit/stand by the pier

Here is a close up of my charm which is from Ewe 2 Can Craft and my fabulous Baker's Twine which I am in love with!!!! - this is the Airmail version :)

I matted and layered with red/blue card and my DP is Craft Creations Spotty/Candy Stripes range

This little cutie is from Nellies Choice and is called BRAVE CAPTAIN and I've coloured him with copics.  I've cut the "coins" out of some Pirate DP I had, the charm is from EWE 2 CAN CRAFT,

The sentiment is one of mine and is from my new range of clear stamps that consist of 4 blank shapes with approx 10 sentiments that fit inside

 this one is the "Ticket" set and can be found at my shop CRAFTS 4 YOU - when stamped out it fits perfectly inside the EK Success Tickets punch (which are on order and should be in store soon)
