SNOW HAS ARRIVED!!!

Morning All!!

No card this morning - but thought I'd show you that snow has finally arrived in the south east of England!! Was meant to be teaching a class this morning but it has been cancelled ... so going to use the time to catch up on some DT cards and some of my special christmas cards I need to make :o)

I'm keeping warm indoors and suggest you all do the same!! Perfect crafting weather!!

SITTING ON A WALL

Hi Everyone!!

I'm a very happy bunny today as my daughter came home from her holiday in Mexico - I worry when she goes away LOL - she said the weather here is a bit different to what she's used to!!!!

Anyway ... I thought I'd share with you a card I made for a class I taught last week "Hidden Messages" - had to use a Tilda ...obviously!

This is one of the new Christmas Range Magnolias and I've coloured her with promarkers and added some glitter, the embossing folder is a new one from Creative Expression and works perfectly for her to sit on!! I've embossed it on coredinations card and sanded it back, added some "night sky" backing paper and attached the two with a brad so that it works like a hinge and when lifted reveals the message underneath :o)

Morning All!!

I love this Tilda "longing Tilda" - I think she may just be waiting for Edwin LOL - I've coloured her with promarkers, and mounted her on nesties (blossom) to make a mini stand up card, I've used the gold promarker to edge the card and go over the swirls in the DP, and stamped the greeting in Gold brilliance ink.  Finished off with glitter and gems

MY NEWLY ARRANGED CRAFTING AREA

Morning All

Sorry I've been absent for a few days - still recovering from this horrible bug - really has got me down :o(

Anyway .... feel a little better today ... and thought I'd show you my newly arranged crafting area.  Yesterday we had to have our flooring replaced due to some water damage and it gave me the opportunity of re-arranging and sorting out my crafty place :o) Let me know what you think??

This is Chinese Tilda .. and I just love her!!! I've painted her with distress inks for a change and jazzed her up with some gold glitter, I've sprayed the heart shaped doiley with gold glitter spray, the papers are DCWV - Far East collection, the sentiment is from a set of 4 Oriental which you can find at SENTIMENTS 4 YOU (if the scheduling has worked LOL)

MY DEMO DAY

Evening All

Just thought I'd show you some pics of me doing my demo at IN2CRAFTING last Saturday - I had lots of fun and kept going all day without a break - as I said - those of you who know me know I can talk for hours!! LOL!!

IT STARTED WITH A KISS

Hello All!!

Been a busy bee today preparing for my class next week - all the cards done now thought so I thought I'd share with you a card I made for my brother and sister-in-law for their wedding anniversary last Monday.  I love this image from Karen's Doodles - "First Kiss" - I've been waiting for the right time to use it :o)

I've coloured with promarkers, and used my new Martha Stewart punch around the page which not only gives a gorgeous corner/border it also pierces holes so I can do faux stitching!!  The sentiment is one of mine and can be found at SENTIMENTS 4 YOU

SNOWFLAKES!!!!

Hiya All!!!!

It's Saturday and shortly I'm off to do my demo .... ooooh dear!!! But before I go I have to let you know that it's new challenge time again over at DCD CHRISTMAS CLUB.

This week the theme is SNOWFLAKES and .... I'm so proud to say ... that Susie has asked me to sponsor her challenge on a monthly basis and I'm soooooo excited to being doing just that.  This is my first time sponsoring a challenge and feel very honoured that DCD Christmas Club is my first one as this was the first DT I was asked to join so it's very special to me :o).  The winner of the challenge will receive a $10 gift certificate to spend in my digi download shop SENTIMENTS 4 YOU and with that in mind I was asked to set the theme and I provided the DT with sentiments to use - these can be found as a set of 3 in my shop.
