Sorry I'm so late in posting but i've been at work all day today - been a busy one - as we are moving premises next week our sale started today.  Anyway ... here is my DT card for DCD Christmas Club Challenge which, this week, is MISTLETOE.

This week we all got to play with Gillian who is from our Sponsor Prairie Fairy - Roberta's images are fab and were a pleasure to work with.

I've coloured my Gillian with promarkers, done some distressing and added some pom pom ribbon.  My snowflake is from Marianne Creatables and my "ticket" sentiment I designed on the computer, printed out and did some distressing on it

I thought I'd share with you my card I made for Fairy Fun Fridays.

I was lucky enough to win "card of the week" last week and in doing so I got to be a Guest Designer too this week where the challenge is "Anything 3D" (my butterfly) - pop on over and have a look at the amazing work by all the Design Team.

My image is a Prairie Fairy digi image Ballerina Gillian and I've coloured her with promarkers, my butterflies are Martha Stewart punches and the sentiment is a freebie from Create with TLC which i've cut with a nestie

I've had a busy day today doing boring things like housework :o( - but that's all done now so I can post my  card :o)  A friend of mine celebrated her 20th wedding anniversary this week

I downloaded this image - Edward and Emily - from Cuddly Buddly and coloured them with promarkers, DP is from my stash and the swirl is a Marianne Creatables

TILDA IN BLUE

Morning All!!

Just a quick post this morning - as I'm off to my shop to buy some supplies - I've got a wedding scrapbook to make by this time next week - I don't make things easy for myself do I???

Anyway ... When Die Cut Dreams challenge said "Tilda in Blue" I couldn't resist :o)

I have cut Tilda into a nestie shape, coloured her with promarkers, the flowers are made of three different size punches, ribbon I found at the back of my ribbon stash - what a find!!!

MINT CHOC CUTIE

Hi everyone!!

I had a really busy day yesterday - but ... I am pleased to say .... that I got all my cards done!!! I sat at my desk all day and didn't finish until 6pm - but boy am I glad they are done :o)  Feeling less pressure now lol.

Anyway this is the other card for my sister-in-law - this time from my children.

I'm on a mission today - I've got DT cards to make, two birthday cards and two anniversary cards - phew!!! But ... I'm having fun!!!

This is the first birthday card - it's my sister-in-law's birthday on Friday - so I thought I'd combine her card with a few challenges - (hope she doesn't look at my blog lol).  This is Princess Tilda and she's gone all vintage!!

I've coloured her with promarkers, done some distressing, used some lace and pearls

SWEET CHRISTMAS WISHES

Afternoon blogland!!

Here's my DT card for DCD Christmas Club challenge this week - Sweet Christmas Wishes.  We are sponsored by Robin Fetish Designs at I Did It Creations.

We all got to play with some great images and had lots of fun!!  This image just reminded me of days gone by when my children would write a list of everything they would like for Christmas - aahhhhhhhh!!!

I made a change this time and coloured with lyra polycolour pencils and blended with odorless white spirit.

Hello!!!!

Just thought I'd show you the card I made for one of my best friend's wedding anniversary  - she loves the colour purple - so it had to be that colour - the image is a digi download from C C Designs at All That Scraps.

I've coloured with promarkers and inked the edges of the card, added flowers, ribbon and a pearl pin.  The sentiment is computer printer and cut with a nestie.  DP is from the Henbury collection by Papermania

SUMMER WEDDING DAYS!!

Evening All!!

Sorry I'm late in posting today - been a busy bee - clearing up my craft room - big job!!!! Anyway .... I've made this card for a wedding i'm going to on Saturday (the wedding is the one my daughter is bridesmaid for).

Unusually for me I haven't stamped or coloured in promarkers but have used a Kanban kit - which i've layered up, added some glitter, ribbon and gems and i'm really pleased with it.

MY DOGGY AND ME!!

I've had this Mo Manning image for a while and not used him yet so decided to see if I could find a challenge or two to enter him into - and I did!!  I coloured him with promarkers and used some DP from Papermania - Hampstead collection.  The gems are part of that collection too.  I distressed the edge of the papers to give a vintage feel.

SQUEEZES!!

Hey Everyone!!!

It feels like ages since I posted a card - but i'm feeling better now so have been playing this afternoon :o)  This is my new download from Phindy's Place - Squeezes - I love her images!!! I've coloured her with promarkers layered her up on nesties and DCWV backing paper.  The butterflies are cut using one of my martha stewart butterfly punches (which I love at the mo!!) - the sentiment is from Stampin Up.

SANTA IS ON HIS WAY!!

Morning All!!

Off to work this morning so i'll make this a quickie - here is my third DT card for Die Cut Dreams Christmas Club  and i'm loving every minute of it!!!  What a dream to colour my Edwin as Santa and I thought i'd do him a bit differently this time - I just used my Cool Grey selection of promarkers and made him black&white - I really like the effect and kept everything else black, white or silver to match :o)

Hey all!!

Weather not so good here today so spent the day making some DT cards for future challenges and generally having fun!! Couldn't go the day though without posting so decided to do a simple card - I've had this digi image for a while from Karen's Doodles - he's called Peekaboo Boy and their challenge this week is clean and simple so that fitted the bill well.  I've coloured him with promarkers and used nestabilities and a Martha Stewart butterfuly punch - the sentiment is from Sentimental Sundays and was a freebie.

GUEST BOOK

Hey everyone!! I'm Back!!

Well ... I've spent all day today making the wedding card and the guest book and I have just finished yay!!! The best news is my daughter loves them both :o)  The colours and theme of the wedding are pink and butterflies so I needed to incorporate both - I have covered chipboard with dotty bazill, and bound it together with my bind it all machine and tied ribbon around the rings, the names and date are cut on my Cricut machine and the butterflies are Martha Stewart - I'm really pleased with it :o)
