WARM WINTER WISHES

Afternoon All

Had a fab day yesterday again ... took my shop on the road to Jackies Scrapbook Crop - all the ladies are so lovely and it's great to meet up with them regularly

Jackie is a Stampin Up Rep and runs classes as well as the monthly crop ... check her out HERE ... if you fancy a day out email her to check availability ... and you get the chance to shop too :)

Anyway ... I have made Lili of the Valley Christmas Card No. 2!!

I'm so loving these new Christmas stamps - simply gorgeous!!

This little beauty is called SHINE A LIGHT  and I've coloured her with Copics and Lyra Polycolour pencils, the papers are from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad ESKIMO KISSES, the sentiment is one of mine from a set of 6 CHRISTMAS LINES, I've embellished with pearls and my new favourite punch ... a Nellie Snellen small floral punch and emboss set POINSETTIA

Well... hubby is watching football all day today so I may have to craft some more hehe ... and I may be back with another card later .....stay tuned!!

A DISTRESSED RAINY DAY

Good Morning All!!

Well ... I'm off out to lunch in a bit with my hubby and daughter ... mmmm yummy!! But before I go I thought I'd share with you a card I made a while ago

I fancied "doing a bit of distressing" lol

This cutie is a Bildmalarna stamp and is available at my online shop CRAFTS 4 YOU and I've coloured her with Promarkers, I've distressed the edges of everything with either a paper edge distresser, distress inks or a sanding block.  I made the corners from a Martha Stewart corner punch from a PATP set.  The sentiment is one of mine from my clear stamp design range which you can find HERE.  I also stock the doilies .. available in two sizes .. THREE LITTLE ANGELS

Hope you are all well and had a good day :)

I've spent the day making baby cards for my daughter's future sister-in-law who had a baby girl this morning ..... sooooo cute!!!

Anyway ... not a baby card to show you but do you remember a few days ago I showed you how naughty I had been buying all those Lili of the Valley stamps ?? Well I inked a few up and got colouring and here is my very first Christmas card for this year .... Yay!!!! Go Me !!!!!!

These cuties are THREE LITTLE ANGELS and I've coloured them with Copics and lyra polycolour pencils, cut out using nesties and inked, added some gold stars and gems and there you go :)

Oh and the sentiment is one of mine from a set of 6 digi downloads ... CHRISTMAS LINES available at my shop CRAFTS 4 YOU ... I printed it onto Letraset Safmat which is a transparent medium - I then cut it out very close to the sentiment and stuck it straight onto the DP ... it is then practically invisible ... it's fab!! you can get hold of it from EWE 2 CAN CRAFT

TILDA AND EDWIN GET MARRIED

Afternoon all :)

I'm busy decorating the hallway at the moment but just stopped for a breather ... so I thought I'd let you know that I'm sponsoring the TOTALLY TILDA CHALLENGE this time around from my shop CRAFTS 4 YOU

I made this card a while ago for one of my hubby's work colleagues who was getting married and it was meant to be my DT card for this challenge ... I know I'm not on the DT anymore but thought I'd post it anyway :) ... I miss you guys!!!!

I've coloured Tilda and Edwin with Aquamarkers and distressed all the edges, the script is a Magnolia stamp "Valentine Letter".  The sentiment is one of mine from a set of 6 digi downloads YOUR SPECIAL DAY which is available at my store.  I've embellished with pearls, lace and a heart charm

Morning All

Hope you are all well .... weather is not too good here so I'm gonna ink up my new stamps today and do some colouring .... nice & peaceful here .... my daughter is at work, my son is holed up in his bedroom on his X Box and hubby has gone to football :)

Before I get started I thought I'd share with you a card I made a few weeks ago for my hubby to give to one of his team members as a thank you :)

I've used a Teddy Bea image which is fab as the circle is empty so you can pop a sentiment into it and coloured with Promarkers, added pearls and a seam binding bow to a simple layout

Well ... can you believe it ... hubby came home last night and said another member of his team had had a baby .. a girl this time... and can I make another card!

He loved the one I made yesterday so I just did exactly the same ... but in pink :)

A NEW ARRIVAL

Hi all!!

Well ... this is the first card I've made in over THREE WEEKS!!!!

Yesterday hubby asked me to make him a card for one of his team who have just had a baby boy ... if he had asked me last week I would have said "go buy one" but today I wanted to make one ... I'm so happy I'm getting back to normal ... I missed my crafting!!!

I love this Sugar Nellie's adorable baby digi download .. it has to be one of my fave baby images and I've simply added a pale flesh colour and blue to his hat - you can download it HERE at Funky Kits.  The papers are from Nitwits GRINS & GIGGLES, the sentiment is one of mine and will be available at CRAFTS 4 YOU very shortly and I've embellished with card candy and a spacer/gem brad :)

Hi All

Just wanted to let you all know why I haven't been around ... I've been really unwell for the past week and a half and have been unable to do pretty much anything ... hence no blog posts :(

Still struggling to get back to normal and had to cancel all my classes for the time being ... I'm so sorry ladies!!

Regarding crafting .... I haven't even sat at my desk for over a week and did something yesterday I haven't done in over 7 years .... I BOUGHT A BIRTHDAY CARD!!!!!

OMG I hated it!!!!! but just haven't had any inspiration or inclination to craft at all :(

Hopefully I'll be back soon but just wanted to let you all know

IT'S CHRISTMAS IN AUGUST!!!!

Good Morning All!!!

Well .. I'm back in the land of the living after having a week's holiday ... didn't go anywhere just had a nice relaxing week off with hubby .... luverly!!!!

Have spent the last few days "catching up" with my website and am now up to date ... I think .. until the next new things come in LOL!!

This little cutie was a freebie sometime ago from PINK GEM and is called Ice Skating Hoot, the DP is a new obsession of mine NITWITS!!!! If you have never heard of them they are well worth a look - they have the most gorgeous range of papers, toppers and all things digital ... absolutely gorgeous!!! this set is called SNOW BIRDS.  I have coloured with copics and added a snowflake centred with another favourite of mine ... my Martha Stewart button punch finished off with Bakers Twine - which is available at CRAFTS 4 YOU
