TILDA IS WOW!!!!

Morning All

I'm up bright and early again this morning .. have a few chores to do and then we are putting up our Christmas Decorations Woo Hoo!!!!!! I'm still like a big kid at Christmas .. love the whole atmosphere of Christmas :)

We went out last weekend and bought a whole new colour scheme of decs for our tree ... can't wait to decorate it .... may even post a piccie later he he :)

Anyway ... over at TOTALLY TILDA  we are beginning a new challenge today ... when you first see the theme you may scream .... but believe me it's so much fun!!!

The theme this time is :

WHITE ON WHITE

NO OTHER COLOURS AT ALL ... no shading and not even a tiny green leaf lol .... The only colours allowed are Tilda's flesh and Hair

Another new Christmas Tilda lol ... I stamped her with London Fog memento ink to give her a softer feel and then "coloured" with glitter, the embossing folder is a Tim Holtz one and .. shame on me ... I've had it for ages and only just used it - perfect for this card though - I've cut a nestie circle frame to highlight the 25th, added some pom pom ribbon, lace and punched flowers to finish

CHRISTMAS TILDA .... BUT NO REDS, NO GREENS & NO BLUES

Morning All

First of all I'm so sorry I haven't been around for the past week or so ... life hasn't been that good ... been to the Doctors three times and am trying to get all my medication sorted out and it has left me completely drained .. I haven't even looked at my craft desk!!  But hopefully medication is sorted and I can get back to some sort of normality now :)

So .... we are back at TOTALLY TILDA again with a new challenge .... this time we want to see ....

CHRISTMAS

BUT WITH NO REDS, NO GREENS & NO BLUES

This was the perfect opportunity for me to use pink LOL! and of course one of my new Sweet Christmas Tildas (I might just have bought quite a few so watch out for more he he he )

here it is .....

I cut her out with a nestie, then distressed the edge before I took her out giving me a white border and then coloured her with Copics, the DP is an old scrap I had in my stash from last Christmas, those gorgeous flowers are carnations from WILD ORCHID (all the colours might just have found their way in my basket lol), the branches are a Martha Stewart punch, the snowflake is from Cuttlebug

THREE LITTLE CUTIE PIES

Afternoon All!!

Well I've finally recovered from my day at Ally Pally yesterday :) had a fab day with Wendy Woo!!! and it was so good to meet up with Vicky and it was great to see Sarah again :)

Got lots of new bits and bobs as well ...

Lili of the Valley stamps, stencils, new Sizzix dies, tag stamps, some great 12x12 papers yummy oh and some more copic colours too!!!

Anyway ... here is another Lili of the Valley Christmas card .. these little cuties may have made their way home with me yesterday he he he... thank you Wendy!!!

These beauties are called ALL IN A ROW and I've coloured them with copics, the papers are from a free My Minds Eye paper pad that came with this month's Cardmaking and Papercraft and I've embellished with PEARL GEMS, SEAM BINDING and flowers cut with a Nellie Snellen flower punch/emboss SMALL POINSETTIA .  The sentiment is one of mine from a clear stamp set MINI MUST HAVES - CHRISTMAS

So sorry it's been a while since I posted - had the week from hell last week :( .... still I'm getting slowly but surely back to normal now :)

Anyway ... two weeks has flown by and it's time for a new Challenge at TOTALLY TILDA

These are our gorgeous children ... well I say children this was taken in April on our daughter's 21st birthday and our son will be 18 in December .. where does the time go???

I've covered a plain chipboard photo frame ... it comes in three parts

These beautiful "sparklies" are self adhesive gems that can be used whole or trimmed to size

Well .... did you watch the wedding yesterday???? Wasn't it great ... didn't Kate look beautiful .... and that dress ... wow!!!

So not a lot got done yesterday lol - need to make up for it today hehe!!

Here's my card ...

This is one of Di's gorgeous backgrounds CASTLE WINDOW WITH DRAPES and I've coloured with copics as are Tilda and Edwin, don't they look lovestruck ... awh!!!

I've added paper flowers to the window and the one behind Edwin's back, spruced it up with some glitter but left the card quite plain as I wanted the background to be the main focal point
